Parking/Transportation
Limited parking will be available throughout downtown Wellsboro. We recommend using the Pango Parking app to navigate downtown parking.
A free shuttle will once again run between the Wellsboro High School parking lot and the corner of Central Ave. and Water St. The shuttle will run every 15 minutes from 9:00am-6:30pm.
Limited spots for EV charging are available on the east side of The Green on Central Ave, as well as at The Penn Wells lodge.

Third or nothing! You already may know the story of the Braves, for sure the Snakes, and maybe the Smarts. But what about the Puffs? “Puffs” will take you on the journey of the Puffs at a certain school of magic and magic. For seven years a certain boy wizard went to a certain Wizard School and conquered the greatest evil of his time. This, however, is NOT his story. This is the story of the Puffs….. who just happened to be there too. This is a tale for anyone who has never been destined to save the world.
This is for POTTERphiliacs new and old, ones who grew up alongside Potter and are eager to revisit the world. It is important to note that proceeds of this show do not go to She-Who-Cannot-Be-Named.

Free Friday Night Concert - The Wildwoods

"Every note we play is a chapter in our story, a journey through the heart of American roots music. We're The Wildwoods, where each lyric is a leaf in the vast forest of our sound."
The Wildwoods have become a force in the folk scene, boasting accolades like being finalists at the FreshGrass Music Festival Band competition and Gems on VHS "Gems in the Rough" competition in 2023. Their songwriting prowess is underscored by semi-final placements in the International Songwriting competition, with tracks like "Untitled" and "Way of Train." Recognized consistently at the Omaha Arts and Entertainment Awards, they were crowned "Best Band" by the Lincoln Journal Star’s Lincoln Choice Awards in 2022.

Smokey Bear is turning 80! Festivities will include curator Josh Fox sharing information and artifacts from Smokey’s past, a birthday cake, and singing “Happy Birthday” to the bear of honor who will make an appearance.

We thank the Williamsport Crosscutters for their sponsorship of the 2024 Wellsboro Comic Con! The Crosscutters season runs from June to September 2024. During Comic Con weekend, the Crosscutters play home games at Journey Bank Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field on Friday and Saturday August 9th & 10th at 6:35 pm, and Sunday August 11 at 4:05 pm.
